加速康复护理在肺癌手术患者围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对比简列数据,研究并分析加速康复护理在肺癌手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法将本院自2018年至2020年收治的58名肺癌患者作为研究对象,按人数随机均分为两组,分为研究组(29例)和对照组(29例),对照组患者给予传统的常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上加入加速康复护理的方法,一段时间后,观察并比较两组的下床时间、带管时间、住院时间、患者满意度、术后并发症的发生率,将相关数据予以统计分析并做总结性报告。结果研究组患者的护理效果显优且具有一定实施价值,其护理效果各项评分改善情况显著优于对照组患者的相关情况,在采用了两种不同的护理方法后,研究组的患者满意度(93.10%)明显高于对照组(82.76%)(P<0.05),研究组患者的下床时间、带管时间和住院时间也少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者术后的肺部感染、心力衰竭、支气管胸膜瘘等并发症发生率(3.45%)小于对照组(6.89%)(P>0.05),差异没有统计学意义。结论应用精细化、针对性强的加速康复护理干预传统护理的方法,其效果确切,能有效改善临床症状表现,减少并发症。另外,其护理效果较为理想且安全性较高,可在提升护理质量、缩短住院时间的同时提高患者满意度。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing model.Methods Fifty-eight patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of patients.They were divided into study group(29)and control group(29).The patients in the control group were given traditional routine nursing.The patients in the study group were added with accelerated rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.After a period of time,the out of bed time and the relevant data were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results The nursing effect of patients in the study group was excellent and had certain implementation value,the improvement of nursing effect scores was significantly better than that of patients in the control group.After adopting two different nursing methods,the patient satisfaction of the study group(93.10%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.76%)(P<0.05).Time to get out of bed,time to take tube and hospital stay of the study group were also less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection,heart failure and bronchopleural fistula in the study group(3.45%)was less than that in the control group(6.89%)(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The application of refined and targeted accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention in traditional nursing has a definite effect,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce complications.In addition,the nursing effect is ideal and the safety is high.It can improve the nursing quality and shorten the hospitalization time,improve the patient satisfaction.
