人文关怀现代护理模式对急性阑尾炎术后疼痛改善作用观察

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀现代护理模式对于急性阑尾炎术后疼痛的效用。方法选入2019年8月至2021年8月间入院治疗的104例急性阑尾炎手术患者。观察组52例选择的护理模式为人文关怀现代护理,对照组52例选择的是常规护理。对比护理效果。结果观察组患者在术后6 h、24 h的疼痛评分低于对照组,胃肠功能指标肠鸣音恢复、肛门排便、肛门排气时间优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的护理满意度为98.08%高于对照组84.62%,观察组术后并发症总发生率5.77%低于对照组19.23%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为急性阑尾炎手术患者实行人文关怀现代护理可以改善术后疼痛,恢复患者的胃肠功能,且能提升其对于护理服务的满意度,降低并发症率。Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care and modern nursing on the postoperative pain of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing acute appendicitis surgery who were admitted to the hospital between August 2019 and August 2021 were selected.The 52 cases in the observation group chose humanistic care and modern nursing,and the 52 cases in the control group chose conventional nursing.Compare the effects of care.Results The pain scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6 h and 24 h after the operation,and the recovery of gastrointestinal function indexes,bowel sounds,anal defecation,and anal exhaust were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the group was 98.08%higher than that of the control group 84.62%.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.77%lower than that of the control group 19.23%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care and modern nursing for patients with acute appendicitis surgery can improve postoperative pain,restore patients’gastrointestinal function,and can improve their satisfaction with nursing services and reduce the complication rate.
