心理护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察在改善精神分裂症(schizophrenia,简称SP)患者抑郁症状的过程中心理护理干预的临床应用效果。方法本次试验研究的对象为200例SP患者,其入院时间介于2017年1月至2019年1月,采用双色球法将患者分为人数相同的两组,其中一组的护理方法为常规护理+心理护理干预,并将其设为X组(n=100),另一组的护理方法为常规护理,并将其设为Y组(n=100)。结果护理前,X组与Y组患者抑郁评分相近,差异并无统计学意义,P>0.05。护理后不同时期X组与Y组患者抑郁评分与治疗前相比均有明显降低,组内比较后发现P<0.05,且X组患者的抑郁评分降低程度明显高于Y组患者,组间比较后发现P<0.05。统计学分析X组与Y组护理满意度后可知,其差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在为SP患者实施护理服务的过程中,心理护理干预在常规护理服务基础上的运用可以更好的改善患者的抑郁症状,提高了患者对护理服务的满意程度,为患者的更好治疗与恢复奠定了基础。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of psychological nursing intervention in improving the depressive symptoms of patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods The subjects of this experimental study are 200 patients with SP who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The patients were divided into two groups of the same number by the two-color ball method.The nursing method of one group’s nursing method is routine care+psychological nursing intervention,and set it as group X(n=100),and the other group was routine care and set it as group Y(n=100).Results Before nursing,the depression scores of X group and Y group were similar,the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.The depression scores of patients in group X and Y were significantly lower than those before treatment at different periods after nursing.After comparison within the group,it was found that P<0.05,and the depression score of patients in group X was significantly lower than that of patients in group Y.After comparison,it was found that P<0.05.After statistical analysis of nursing satisfaction between group X and group Y,it can be seen that the difference is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of implementing nursing services for SP patients,the application of psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing services can better improve the patients’depressive symptoms,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services,and provide better treatment for patients and laid the foundation for recovery.
