摘　　要：目的随着医院现代化建设的要求,提升科研能力已成为医院持续发展的重要影响因素。自我国启动三级公立医院绩效考核工作后,医院科研相关指标就成为了绩效考核的重要内容。方法本文将S省区域医疗中心之一C院作为研究对象,以2019年三级公立医院绩效考核结果及全国整体监测情况为导向,建立SWOT-PEST分析模型对其内外部优劣势进行综合分析。结果得出其现阶段科研发展处于外部有利条件但内部存在劣势需采用WO(扭转型)战略的结论,并据此提出了推动科研能力提升的几点战略措施。结论应从学科建设、平台建设、人才建设、学术交流四个方面进行科研能力提升。Objective With the requirements of hospital modernization,improving scientific research capabilities has become an important factor for the sustainable development of hospitals.Since our country launched the performance appraisal work of tertiary public hospitals,indicators related to hospital scientific research have become an important content of performance appraisal.Methods This article takes Hospital C,one of the regional medical centers in Province S,as the research subject.Based on the performance appraisal results of tertiary public hospitals in 2019 and the overall monitoring situation across the country,the SWOTPEST analysis model is established to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its internal and external advantages and disadvantages.Results It is concluded that the development of scientific research at the current stage is in favorable external conditions but WO(twisting)strategy needs to be adopted for internal disadvantages,and based on this,several strategic measures to promote the improvement of scientific research capabilities are put forward.Conclusion The scientific research capabilities should be improved from four aspects:discipline construction,platform construction,talent construction,and a cademic exchanges.
