摘　　要：以公司液压阀产品中毛刺较难去除的复杂阀体为试件(从生产车间随机抽取的手工去刺前产品),应用淄博中威电加工机床有限公司生产的DJK6040-1000电化学去毛刺机作为试验设备,开展电化学去毛刺的试验。试验结果表明:电化学去毛刺可提高毛刺部位的表面粗糙度,定点去毛刺效率较高。This paper takes the complex valve body which is difficult to remove the burr in the company’s hydraulic valve products as the test piece(the products before manual deburring randomly selected from the production workshop),and uses the DJK6040-1000 electrochemical deburring machine produced by Zibo Zhongwei Electric Machining Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.as the test equipment to carry out the test of electrochemical deburring.The test results show that electrochemical deburring can improve the surface roughness of the burr part,and the efficiency of fixed-point deburring is high.
