摘  要:零件的精加工磨削工序对零件的精度具有决定性作用。针对前套筒零件的材料、结构特点及精度要求制定合理的加工工艺流程,设计了一套高效、简单、实用的磨削内孔及外圆的夹具,效果显著,大大减少了操作者的装夹找正等辅助工作时间,提高了工作效率,降低了产品不合格率,成功解决了不规则形状外圆装夹磨削内孔的难题。The precision machining and grinding process of the part has a decisive effect on the precision of the part.In view of the material,the structure characteristic and the precision request of the front sleeve part to formulate the reasonable processing craft flow,has designed a set of high-efficiency,simple,practical grinding inner hole and the Outer Circle Jig,the effect is remarkable,this method can greatly reduce the assistant working time,improve the working efficiency and reduce the unqualified rate of the product,and successfully solve the problem of grinding the inner hole with the irregular shaped outer circular fixture.
