摘  要:利用YC-Ⅲ型应力测量仪对某电站水轮机转轮热处理前后残余应力测试,并对其安全可靠性进行分析。试验结果表明,该水轮机转轮满足工程需要,经过热处理之后的转轮残余应力最大主应力大幅度降低,并呈现平缓趋势。该研究成果为水轮机转轮的后续工作提供了检测依据。YC-Ⅲstress measuring instrument is used to test the residual stress of turbine runner before and after heat treatment,and its safety and reliability are analyzed.The test results show that the turbine runner meets the engineering needs,the maximum residual stress and principal stress of the runner after heat treatment are greatly reduced,and show a gentle trend.The research results provide a detection basis for the follow-up work of hydraulic turbine runner.
