摘 要:针对传统连杆加工变形预测方法预测误差较大的问题,设计了不同工序下柴油机连杆加工变形预测方法。构建柴油机连杆的有限元预测模型,基于不同工序施加预测模型的边界条件进行连杆加工热处理,实现了柴油机连杆加工变形的精准预测。通过仿真实验验证了所提设计方法的预测误差较小,精度较高,极具推广价值。Aiming at the large prediction error of traditional connecting rod machining deformation prediction method,a diesel engine connecting rod machining deformation prediction method under different processes is designed.The finite element prediction model of the diesel engine connecting rod is constructed,and the boundary conditions of the prediction model are applied based on different processes,and the connecting rod processing and heat treatment are carried out to realize the accurate prediction of the processing deformation of the diesel engine connecting rod.The simulation experiment verifies that the prediction error of the design method in this paper is small and the precision is high,which is of great promotion value.
