摘　　要：介绍焊接工装中过定位问题的产生原因,对过定位问题进行分析并研究解决方案,对有些合理重复定位不认为是过定位,并对过定位提出从工艺调整到工装设计改进等方面的解决方案,认为在一定情况下也可以对过定位加以应用。This paper introduces the causes or over positioning problem in welding tooling and analyzes the over positioning problem and studies the solutions.Some reasonable repeated positioning is not considered as over positioning,puts forward solutions from process adjustment and tooling design.Over positioning can also be applied under certain condition.
