摘  要:锚系形式对漂浮式海上平台的抗风浪流能力具有较大影响,特别是在极端海况下,平台的安全性很大程度由锚系的可靠性决定。因此,有必要针对不同锚系形式对平台的动力响应进行分析与比较,以确定最佳锚系方案。采用数值模拟与物理模型试验相结合的方法,应用威海褚岛北部海域实测与重现期推算数据,对张紧式和带浮筒的倒S松弛式两种不同锚泊系统在极端风浪流联合作用下的水动力性能进行试验研究。试验结果表明:不同锚系形式对平台的动力响应有显著影响,其中倒S松弛式锚系形式抵抗极端环境的能力更强,维护成本更低,但摇荡运动比较明显;张紧式定点观测与海上试验效果较好,但对锚泊系统的可靠性要求更高,维护成本高。该研究成果为国家海洋试验场“国海试1”试验平台锚泊系统的维护与改造提供了数据支撑,同时,为其他漂浮式海上平台的设计提供参考依据。Mooring systems have a great influence on the wind-wave-current resistance of floating offshore platforms.Especially in extreme sea conditions,the safety of platforms is largely determined by the reliability of mooring systems.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and compare the dynamic responses of platforms with different moorings.By using numerical simulation and physical model test methods,the hydrodynamic performance of two different mooring systems,namely taut mooring system and inverted S relaxation mooring system with buoy,under the extreme wind-waves-current conditions was studied by using real sea data and calculated recurrence period data in the northern sea area of Weihai Chu island.The test results show that the dynamic responses of the platform are significantly affected by different mooring types.The relaxation mooring type has better ability to resist extreme environment and is of lower maintenance cost,but the swaying movement is more obvious.The taut type has better effect of the fixed point observation and sea test,but the demand for the reliability of the mooring system is higher,and the maintenance cost is high.The research results provide data support for the maintenance and modification of the mooring system of the"National Sea Test 1"test platform of the National Ocean Test Site,and provide a reference for the design of other mooring platforms.
