摘 要:针对单轴电动振动台在被测件偏载工况下存在剧烈低频横向振动分量的问题,通过连接弹簧的参数优化对低频横向振动进行了抑制。首先建立了能够反映横向振动特性的电动振动台机电耦合模型,说明横向振动产生机理,确定参数优化的思路;其次,分析电动振动台系统主要连接弹簧的参数对系统固有特性及横向振动的影响,为进行参数优化提供参考;最后,提出面向车辆道路行驶工况的横向振动优化评价指标,利用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法对主要影响参数进行优化,显著降低了目标频段内电动振动台的横向振动量级。提出的电动振动台参数优化方法能够有效抑制其低频横向振动,并为电动振动台连接弹簧的设计与选型提供参考。Here,aiming at the problem of severe low-frequency transverse vibration components existing in single-axis electric vibration table under the tested specimen’s eccentric load conditions,low-frequency transverse vibration was suppressed by optimizing parameters of connecting spring.Firstly,the electromechanical coupled model of electric vibration table to reflect characteristics of transverse vibration was established,the generating mechanism of transverse vibration was explained,and the idea of parameter optimization was determined.Secondly,effects of parameters of main connecting spring of the electric vibration table system on the system’s natural characteristics and transverse vibration were analyzed to provide a reference for parameter optimization.Finally,a lateral vibration optimization evaluation index for vehicle on road driving conditions was proposed.The main influencing parameters were optimized by using the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with the elite strategy to significantly reduce lateral vibration magnitude of the electric vibration table within the target frequency band.It was shown that the proposed parameter optimization method of electric vibration table can effectively suppress its low-frequency transverse vibration,and provide a reference for design and model selection of connecting spring of electric vibration table.
