摘　　要：本文以如何做好变更签证管理、确保工程项目效益为研究方向,首先对工程变更签证的常见问题及表现形式进行了讨论,然后以北方花园项目为例,论述了办理变更签证、签证工作的整体化管理的实施及在有效变更签证管理制度下加强工程项目效益的措施,旨在为我国变更签证管理及促进工程项目的顺利开展提供参考。In this paper,how to do a good job of changing visa management and ensure the benefit of the project is taken as the research method.Firstly,the common problems and manifestations of the change of engineering visas are discussed.Then,taking the northern garden project as an example,the implementation of the integrated management of handling visa change,visa work,and the strengthening of the benefit of the project under the effective visa change management system are discussed,aiming to provide reference for the management of visa change and the smooth development of the project in China.
