摘 要:房地产项目在投资决策之前都需要进行拿地测算。相关人员需要对有关地块进行基本研判,在将其纳入房地产取地目标后,对其各项指标进行全面测算,为接下来的项目投资决策提供科学依据。在这个过程中,为了帮助企业减少风险、提高效益,相关管理人员必须贯彻预算管理理念。本文围绕预算管理在住宅地产拿地测算业务中的运用展开了探讨分析,以期为相关人员提供参考。Real estate projects need to be measured before investment decisions.The relevant personnel need to carry out basic research and judgment on the relevant plots,after incorporating them into the real estate land acquisition target,the indicators are comprehensively calculated to provide scientific basis for the next project investment decision.In this process,in order to help enterprises to reduce risks and improve efficiency,relevant managers must implement the concept of budget management.In this paper,the application of budget management in residential real estate acquisition calculation business is discussed and analyzed,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
