中西医健康管理无症状高尿酸血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合健康管理模式在无症状高尿酸血症人群中的应用效果。方法选择广西电网集团2019年在广西健康管理中心体检后确诊为无症状高尿酸血症的102名受检者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予常规健康管理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上加予中医特色健康指导和养生保健措施。干预12个月后,比较2组研究对象高尿酸血症知识的知晓率及血尿酸水平变化情况。结果2组高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平及高尿酸血症知识知晓率均较健康管理前有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施中西医结合健康管理方案较常规健康管理能更显著地降低血尿酸水平和提高高尿酸血症防治知识知晓率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合健康管理模式有助于提高高尿酸血症人群对于高尿酸血症的认知及防治依从性,降低血尿酸水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of health management mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in asymptomatic hyperuricemia population.Methods A total of 102 subjects diagnosed with asymptomatic hyperuricemia after physical examination at Guangxi health management center in 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health management,and the observation group was given Chinese characteristic health guidance and health care on the basis of the control group.After 12 months of intervention,the awareness rate of hyperuricemia knowledge and changes in serum uric acid levels were compared between these two groups.Results The serum uric acid level and the awareness rate of hyperuricemia knowledge in these two groups were both improved than those before health management,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with conventional health management,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine health management reduce serum uric acid levels and improve the awareness rate of hyperuricemia knowledge more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Health management mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is helpful for improving the perception and adherence to hyperuricemia and reducing the serum uric acid level in the hyperuricemia population,which is worth promoting applications by health agencies.
