摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)是妇产科常见病之一。近年来,该病的发病率呈上升趋势。李应存教授认为肝实脾虚,气血瘀阻胞宫,脾胃气血不畅是发病的重要原因之一,并依敦煌泻肝实脾调气血法用敦煌古医方大泻肝汤、大补脾汤和疗风虚瘦弱方治疗此病,临床效佳。此文总结李应存教授用敦煌泻肝实脾调气血法治疗内异症经验,以飨同道。Endometriosis is one of the common diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.In recent years,the incidence of this disease is on the rise.Professor Li Yingcun believes that liver-deficiency and spleen-deficiency,qi-blood stasis blocking uterus,and poor qi and blood in spleen and stomach are one of the important causes of this disease.According to Dunhuang’s method of purging liver,strengthening spleen and regulating qi and blood,this disease has been treated with Dunhuang ancient medical prescriptions Daxiegan Decoction,Dabupi Decoction and treating wind deficiency and emaciation,which have achieved good clinical results.This paper summarize D Professor Li Yingcun’s experience in treating endometriosis with Dunhuang method of purging liver,strengthening spleen and regulating qi and blood to provide reference.
