清肺化痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析清肺化痰逐瘀汤的药理作用与临床应用价值。方法选择三门峡市中医院2019年1月—2020年12月诊治的75例冠心病患者为治疗对象。使用随机数字表法将其分成常规组(35例)和中药组(40例)。常规组患者接受常规治疗,中药组患者接受清肺化痰逐瘀汤治疗。比较2组患者心脑血管意外、安全性终点事件、血清学指标和不良反应。结果中药组患者脑血管疾病、心血管疾病率低于常规组(P<0.05),肺栓塞率与常规组相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药组患出血事件总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后GDF-15、hs-CRP水平较治疗前下降。中药组患者治疗后GDF-15、hs-CRP水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。中药组患者不良事件发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论清肺化痰逐瘀汤具有祛痰化瘀、清肺润燥之效,能显著改善冠心病患者心脑血管意外、安全性终点事件,并能提升治疗安全性,建议使用。Objective To analyze the pharmacological effect and clinical application value of Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction.Methods 75patients with coronary heart disease in Sanmenxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2019 to December2020.The patients were divided into the conventional group(n=35)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=40),and the number of cases was 35 and 40 respectively.The patients in the conventional group received routine treatment,while the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group received Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction.The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,safety end events,serological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the pulmonary embolism rate was the same as that of the conventional group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of bleeding events in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The level of GDF-15 and hs CRP in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.The level of GDF-15,hs CRP in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction has the effect of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis.The efficacy of clearing lung and moistening dryness can significantly improve the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident and safety end events in patients with coronary heart disease,and can improve the safety of treatment.It is recommended to use.
