药物外敷治疗膝骨关节病的研究现状

摘　　要：膝骨关节病已经成为威胁中老年人日常活动的常见疾病,目前关于药物外敷治疗膝骨关节病的验方主要有活血化瘀膏、清热拔毒膏、通络止痛凝胶、骨炎膏、鹤膝膏、花椒散剂、金黄膏、三黄膏。此文就以上8种验方及用法展开综述,并分析其作用机制。Knee osteoarthropathy has become a common disease that threatens the daily activities of middle-aged and elderly people.At present,the prescriptions for external application of medicines for the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy mainly include Huoxue Huayu ointment,Qingre Badu ointment,Tongluo Zhitong gel,Guyan ointment,Hexie ointment,Huanjiao powder,Jinhuang ointment and Sanhuang ointment.This paper reviews the above 8 recipes and their usage,and analyzes their mechanism of action.
