摘 要:目前,我国经济社会发展正在进行大的转型和升级,各行各业的发展模式也面临着新一轮的洗牌。在这种经济发展形势下,各种新的发展模式应运而生,EPC承包模式就是一个有力的证明。EPC承包模式是将决策企业和投资企业与具体的施工团队分离,从而作为中介角色存在的一种承包模式。在EPC承包模式下,承包方承担了更多的责任。本文对EPC承包模式下建设项目的造价全过程管理进行了探讨和研究,指出了该领域目前存在的问题,并提出了建议,以供参考。At present, China’s economic and social development is undergoing major transformation and upgrading, and the development model of all walks of life is also facing a new round of reshuffle. In this economic development situation,a variety of new development models came into being, EPC contracting model is a powerful proof. EPC contracting mode is a contracting mode that separates decisionmaking enterprises and investment enterprises from specific construction teams, thus existing as an intermediary role. Under the EPC mode, the contractor assumes more responsibility. In this paper, the whole process management of construction project cost under EPC contracting mode is discussed and studied, the existing problems in this field is pointed out, and some suggestions are put forward.
