摘 要:由于蚕丝与羊绒结构和性能的不同,两种纤维的染色性能存在差异。为改善其混纺织物的染色效果,优化匀染剂阿白格的用量、染浴的pH和预处理时的稀土用量,对纤维的上染率与K/S值进行测试和分析。结果表明,在阿白格B用量为5.0%、pH 6、稀土用量为2.5%时,活性染料同浴染色的色差最小;在阿白格SET用量为5.0%、pH 8、稀土用量为2.5%时,络合染料同浴染色色差最小;在阿白格B用量为5.0%、pH 7、稀土用量为1.5%时,弱酸性染料同浴染色色差最小。Due to structure and property differences between silk and cashmere, there are differences in dyeing property between the two fibers. In order to improve the dyeing effect of blend fabric, the amount of leveling agent Albegal, the pH of dyeing bath and the dosage of rare earth in pretreatment were optimized. The dye uptake and K/S value of the fibers were tested and analyzed. The results showed that when the amount of Albegal B was 5.0%, pH was 6 and the dosage of rare earth was 2.5%, the color difference of the reactive dye in one bath dyeing was the smallest. When the amount of Albegal SET was 5.0%, pH was 8 and the dosage of rare earth was 2.5%, the color difference of complex dye in one bath dyeing was the smallest. When the amount of Albegal B was 5.0%, pH was 7 and the dosage of rare earth was 1.5%, the color difference of weak acid dye in one bath dyeing was the smallest.
