摘　　要：随着环保要求的提高和行业竞争的加剧,新的活性染料不断出现,涤/棉织物分散/活性染料一浴法染色工艺得以实现。涤/棉织物分散/活性染料染色用一浴一步法和一浴两步法两种工艺代替传统的两浴法,工艺流程简化,大大节省生产时间,提高生产效率。工厂实际使用表明:染色稳定,产品质量符合要求;该工艺节电、节蒸汽、节水,大大提高了企业效益。With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the intensification of industry competition and the emergence of new reactive dyes, the one-bath dyeing process of polyester/cotton fabric with disperse/reactive dyes has been realized. Dyeing of polyester/cotton fabric with disperse/reactive dyes uses one-bath one-step process and onebath two-step process to replace the traditional two-bath process. The technological process is simplified, which greatly saves production time and improves production efficiency. The actual use in the factory show that the dyeing is stable and the product quality meets the requirements. This process saves electricity, steam and water, and greatly improves the efficiency of the enterprise.
