摘　　要：研究了国产氟系C6易去污整理剂SG-8011在不同面料上以及在不同测试标准下的易去污效果。根据易去污效果和耐洗性,筛选与SG-8011配套使用的交联剂。对比了SG-8011和进口易去污产品A在不同面料上的易去污效果、防油效果以及耐洗性。结果表明,SG-8011在涤纶和涤/棉面料上具有很好的易去污效果,可达4级及以上,适用于FZ/T和AATCC等不同的测试标准;交联剂AX-101Z可显著提升SG-8011的耐洗性,且不会对初期易去污效果造成影响;SG-8011在纯棉和涤/棉面料上具有和进口易去污产品A相近的易去污及防油效果。国产易去污整理剂SG-8011在确保性能的同时,更具价格优势。The application effect of domestic fluorine C6 soil-releasing agent SG-8011 in different types of fabrics and under different test standards was studied. The different cross-linking agents used with SG-8011 were screened according to the soil-releasing effect and durability of the finishing effect. The soil-releasing and oil-proof effects and the durability of SG-8011 and imported C6 soil-releasing agent product A were compared. The results show that SG-8011 has a good soil-releasing effect on pure cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics, up to grade 4 and above. It was suitable for FZ/T, AATCC and other test standards. The cross-linking agent AX-101Z could significantly improve the durability of SG-8011 without affecting the initial soil-releasing effect. SG-8011 has similar soil-releasing and oil-proof effects on pure cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics as imported product A. The domestic soil-releasing agent SG-8011 ensures the performance and has price advantage.
