摘  要:采用超声波萃取法探讨了涤纶筒子纱染色过程中出现的白色粉末的溶解性。采用红外光谱、薄板层析、差示扫描量热分析、液相色谱-质谱联用等现代分析手段,结合高温分散性能评价,研究白色粉末的化学结构、热性能和分散性。结果表明,该物质在氯仿中有较好的溶解性;熔融温度约为310℃;结合红外光谱、薄板层析和液质联用等分析结果进一步判断,白色粉末的主要成分是环状三聚体和四聚体;分散剂TF-252对白色粉末有优异的分散效果。The solubility of white powder in dyeing process of polyester package yarn was discussed through ultrasonic extraction method. The chemical structure, thermal properties and dispersibility of white powder were studied by the means of infrared spectroscopy(IR), thin layer chromatography(TLC), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS) and high temperature dispersion evaluation. The results show that the substance has good solubility in chloroform. The melting temperature of the material is about 310 ℃. According to the results of IR, TLC and LC-MS, the main components of white powder are cyclic trimer and cyclic tetramer. Dispersant TF-252 has excellent dispersing effect on white powder.
