摘 要:介绍了一种印染废水再生回用的处理方法,步骤如下:(1)沉降处理;(2)高效浅层气浮;(3)芬顿反应;(4)中和沉淀处理;(5)微滤处理,调节pH后回收。通过工序的组合调整及工艺参数的优化,能够将高COD值印染废水的出水COD值控制在60 mg/L以下,色度控制在16倍以下,铁离子质量浓度小于0.1 mg/L,达到直接排放和回收的标准。该方法操作过程简单、反应易得、设备投资小、对环境友好,对高浓度印染废水的处理效果好,中水回用运行和维护成本相对较低。A treatment method of regeneration and reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater is introduced.The steps are as follows:(1)settling treatment;(2)efficient shallow air flotation;(3)Fenton reaction;(4)neutralization and precipitation treatment;(5)microfiltration and recovery after adjusting pH.Through the combination adjustment of processes and the optimization of process parameters,the effluent COD value of printing and dyeing wastewater with high COD value can be controlled below 60 mg/L,the chromaticity can be controlled below 16 times,and the mass concentration of iron ion is less than 0.1 mg/L,reaching the standard of direct discharge and recovery.The method has the advantages of simple operation process,easy reaction,small equipment investment and environmental friendliness,good treatment effect for printing and dyeing wastewater with high concentration,and relatively low operation and maintenance cost of reclaimed water reuse.
