摘　　要：目的探讨分层护理模式对皮肤病性病患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月到惠州市皮肤病防治研究所医疗美容科治疗的80例皮肤病性病患者进行研究,随机分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行分层护理。比较两组皮肤病性病患者的总有效率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心理痛苦评分及护理满意度评分。结果研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后的SAS、SDS、心理痛苦评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对治疗室环境、服务及时性、服务态度、管理规范性、综合素质等的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层护理模式在皮肤病性病患者中应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,改善心理痛苦,并提高了患者的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of the hierarchical nursing model on patients with skin and venereal disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with skin and venereal disease admitted to the Department of Medical Beauty in Huizhou Institute of Dermatology Prevention and Treatment from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).the study group patients received hierarchical nursing,while the control group patients received routine nursing.The total effective rate,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,psychological distress scale score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the study group than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The SAS score,SDS score and psychological distress scale score were lower in the study group than those in the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score on the treatment room environment,service timeliness,service attitude,management standardization,and comprehensive quality were higher in the study group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing model has better application effects on patients with skin and venereal disease.It can effectively relieve negative emotions and psychological distress and increase the satisfaction of patient s,which is worthy of promotion.
