摘  要:随着制造行业及相关研究中建模水平的提高和科学技术的显著进步,现代智能制造中所需的建模逐渐由传统的二维建模向三维建模过渡。各种制图建模软件的快速发展也为众多复杂的配电柜、服务器机柜、网络机柜柜体模型的建立提供了可能。基于SolidWorks软件对智能精密列头柜的主路安装板、支路安装板等零件体和总装装配体进行建模,通过SolidWorks Simulation部件对三维模型进行应力应变分析,得出相关零部件受力后的应变、位移、安全系数等数值均在合理范围内。With the improvement of modeling level in manufacturing industry and related research and the significant progress of science and technology, the modeling required in modern intelligent manufacturing is gradually transitioning from traditional two-dimensional modeling to three-dimensional modeling. The rapid development of various drawing and modeling software also provides the possibility for the establishment of many complex distribution cabinets, server cabinets and network cabinets. Based on SolidWorks software, this paper models the main circuit mounting plate, branch mounting plate and other parts and general assembly assembly of intelligent precision column head cabinet, analyzes the stress and strain of the three-dimensional model through SolidWorks Simulation components, and obtains that the values of strain, displacement and safety factor of relevant parts are within a reasonable range.
