摘  要:由于具备比强度和比模量高、耐腐蚀性、抗电磁辐射等特性,碳纤维被广泛用于增强树脂基或金属基复合材料,制备成质轻高强的结构件被应用于航空航天、渔具及健身器材等。近年来,随着对复合材料高强度和强韧性等要求的提出,高强高模碳纤维复合材料逐渐被重视,但随之出现了碳纤维与金属液相界面存在湿热效应等问题。鉴于此,综述连续碳纤维作为增强体制备Al基复合材料(简称连续Cf/Al复合材料)的工艺方法,介绍了几种对碳纤维/金属界面润湿方法及评价体系,同时对连续Cf/Al复合材料在航天的服役场合和低成本-大尺寸制备军民两用高性能复合材料提出一些前瞻性设想。As a strengthening phase, Carbon fiber(Cf) has been widely used in resin matrix and metal matrix composites for lightweight and high-strength structural materials. Due to its excellent characteristics of high specific strength and modulus,corrosion resistance and electromagnetic radiation resistance, it was successfully applied into aerospace, fishing gear, health equipment, etc. In recent years, with demanding requirements for high strength and toughness, high-modulus Cf reinforced metal matrix composite has drawn great considerations, still existing poor hygrothermal defects. In view of this, the objective of this paper is to overview the process method of continuous Cf/Al composites. Besides several wetting methods and the evaluative systems for Cf/Al composites are introduced. Meanwhile, the existing problems and forward-looking ideas for low-cost and large-scale Cf/Al composites used in the aerospace and military and civil structural materials are evaluated.
