摘　　要：通过借助ANSYS有限元分析软件的分析与计算,找出了BC轴双转台中B轴中间锁紧螺母的预紧力对滑动导轨摩擦力及该轴定位精度的影响规律,在此基础上对工作转台的安装提出了合理的改进建议和措施。Through the analysis and calculation with the help of finite element analysis software ANSYS, this paper finds out the influence law of the preload of the locking nut in the middle of axis B on the friction of the sliding guide rail and its positioning accuracy of the axis in the BC axis double turntable, and further puts forward reasonable improvement suggestions and measures for the installation of the working turntable.
