摘　　要：易拉罐在灌装前可能存在空罐缺陷,一旦发生缺陷,很可能会导致易拉罐出现变质、泄漏和污染。因此,设计了一款易拉罐空罐缺陷智能检测系统,并详细阐述了易拉罐空罐缺陷检测系统的设计和应用。研究易拉罐空罐缺陷智能检测系统可以有效开展易拉罐的全面缺陷检测,实现对易拉罐的精确、高速检测。In view of the possible empty can defects of the cans before filling, once the defects occur, the cans are likely to be deteriorated, leaked and polluted. Therefore, it is of great significance to design an intelligent detection system for the defects of the cans. This article elaborates the design and application of cans and empty cans defect detection system in detail. The intelligent detection system for cans and empty cans can realize comprehensive defect detection of cans, and realize accurate and high-speed detection of cans.
