摘 要:随着卷烟市场逐渐细分化以及消费者对卷烟产品质量的要求越来越高,卷烟企业开始不断提升制丝和加工水平,以此达到提质增效、增强核心竞争力的目的。制丝线是决定烟丝质量的重要工序。制丝设备的功能与精度是保障制丝工序质量的关键。目前,我国制丝设备与工艺已经达到国际水平,但制丝设备在工艺精度、制作成本和质量成果等方面与发达国家之间还存在较大的差距,亟待改良与优化。基于此,介绍了烟草制丝工艺质量控制的关键点和烟草制丝设备的优化策略。With the gradual differentiation of the cigarette market and consumers’ higher and higher requirements for the quality of cigarette products, cigarette industry enterprises are constantly improving the level of silk making and processing, so as to achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency and enhancing core competitiveness. Silk making line is an important process to determine the quality of cut tobacco. The function and accuracy of silk making equipment are the key to ensure the quality of silk making process. At present, China’s silk making equipment and technology have reached the international level, but there is still a large gap between China’s silk making equipment and developed countries in terms of process accuracy, production cost and quality results, which needs to be improved and optimized. Based on this, the key points of quality control of tobacco silk making process and the optimization strategy of tobacco silk making equipment are introduced.
