摘  要:高校实训室是培养学生应用技术和创新能力的重要场所。由于实训室机床设备和相关实训课程种类繁多,为提高机床管理的智能化水平,更加合理有效地安排实训课程,分析研究了一种基于物联网的机床智能管理信息系统。该系统能够将数控机床进行智能联网,使数控机床硬件设备通过以太网和无线传输进行连接,从而使机床管理实现数字化和信息化。在此基础上,管理信息系统构建了实训教学管理、机床信息管理以及开放项目管理等主要模块,可满足实训室的机床智能管理和实训课程安排管理。College training room is an important place to cultivate students’ ability of applying technology and innovation. There are many kinds of machine tool equipment and related training courses in the training room. In order to improve the intelligent level of machine tool management and arrange training courses more reasonably and effectively, a machine tool intelligent management information system based on Internet of Things is analyzed and studied. The CNC machine tool is intelligently networked, and the CNC machine tool hardware equipment is connected through Ethernet and wireless transmission, so as to digitize and informatization the machine tool management. On this basis, the management information system constructs the main modules of training teaching management, machine tool information management and open project management, which can meet the intelligent management of machine tools and the arrangement management of training courses in the training room.
