复方罗布麻片Ⅰ薄层色谱鉴别方法的优化

摘　　要：目的优化复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以盐酸异丙嗪、防己对照药材、粉防己碱、防己诺林碱为指标成分,将现行两个薄层鉴别方法合并,对展开系统进行改进。结果在薄层色谱中,供试品与对照品在相应的位置上,有清晰的相同颜色斑点,阴性无干扰。结论本方法简单易行,专属性好,重现性好,准确度高,可作为复方罗布麻片Ⅰ的鉴别方法。OBJECTIVE To optimize the TLC identification in compound Luobuma tablets 1.METHODS Using promethazine hydrochloride、radix stephaniae tetrandrae、tetrandrine and fangchinoline as the index components,two current TLC identifications were combined to improve the TLC development system.RESULTS There were clear spots of the same color in the corresponding position between the test and reference in TLC.The negative control had no interference.CONCLUSION The method is simple,and has good specificity and reproducibility,high accuracy,which can be used for identification of compound Luobuma tablets Ⅰ.
