摘　　要：异常子宫出血是妇科最常见的临床症状和疾病之一,若此病久治不愈可造成多种不良后果,对女性的生活质量及生殖健康都可引起不良影响。目前临床上,西医常采用性激素类药物虽然可达到的临床症状缓解,但是全身疗效改善不明显,且复发率较高。储继军副主任中医师认为该病病机可概括为虚、热、瘀3个方面,脏腑阴阳亏虚为本,血热、血瘀为标。肾阴阳亏虚、脾失统摄、肝失疏泄、血热、血瘀导致气血阴阳失调,冲任不固,胞宫藏泄失常,以致经水非时而下,遂成崩漏,采用“急治其标,缓治其本”的原则,并根据月经分期灵活运用“塞流、澄源、复旧”三法,结合患者个体性审方用药,常常能达到理想的临床疗效。Abnormal uterine bleeding is one of the most common clinical symptoms and diseases in gynecology.If the disease is not cured for a long time,it can cause a variety of adverse consequences,which can cause adverse effects on women’s quality of life and reproductive health.At present,although the clinical symptoms can be alleviated by the use of sex hormone drugs in Western medicine,the overall curative effect is not significantly improved and the recurrence rate is high.Chu Jijun,deputy director of traditional Chinese medicine,believed that the pathogenesis of the disease could be summarized into three aspects:deficiency,heat and blood stasis,with deficiency of yin and yang of zang-fu organs as the foundation and blood heat and blood stasis as the markers.Ideas of kidney deficiency of yin and yang,spleen loss,liver pathogenesis lead to blood,blood heat and blood stasis,imbalance of yin and yang,the impact is not solid,cellular palace hidden drain disorder,so that the water not from time to time,hence to ren,adopt“symptomatic treatment in acute condition,radical treatment in chronic case”principle,and according to the menstrual phases flexible use“plug flow,clarifying the source,instauration”three laws,combined with individual prescriptions for patients with drug use,often can achieve ideal clinical curative effect.
