摘　　要：男性不育症属于中医“不育”“无子”“艰嗣”等范畴。蔡钢教授在总结先贤经验的基础上,结合多年临床实践,审证求因,认为男性不育主要是肝肾功能失调,兼有湿热、痰浊、瘀血等,治疗上当肝肾同调以治其本,蔡钢教授善以五子衍宗丸为基础,合用柴胡疏肝散加减,偏于肾阴亏虚,常加生地黄、熟地黄、麦冬、天冬以滋阴;偏于肾阳不足,加菟丝子、淫羊藿、锁阳、仙茅温补肾阳。兼以理气活血、清热化瘀、祛湿化浊而治其标。强调从肝肾论治,疗效满意。Male infertility belongs to the category of“sterility”,“childlessness”and“hard inheritance”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Cai Gang,on the basis of summing up the experience of the predecessors and combining with the clinical practice for many years,considered that male infertility is mainly due to the dysfunction of the liver and kidney as well as clearing dampness-heat,turbid phlegm and blood stasis.Professor Cai Gang is good at using Wuzi Yanzong pill,combined with Chaihu Shugan powder,which is partial to deficiency of kidney yin,often added raw rehmannia glutinosa,cooked rehmannia glutinosa,liriope root tuber and cochinchinese asparagus rootto nourish yin,partial to deficiency of kidney yang,and added dodder seed,epimedium herb,songaria cynomorium herb and common curculigo rhizome to warm kidney yang.Both to regulate qi and promote blood circulation,clearing heat and removing blood stasis,removing dampness and removing turbid to treat its symptoms.It emphasizes the treatment from liver and kidney,and the curative effect is satisfactory.
