夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠状动脉小血管病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察夏橘化瘀胶囊对气虚血瘀型冠状动脉小血管病变患者临床疗效及安全性。方法选取气虚血瘀型冠状动脉小血管病变患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组给予冠心病规范化药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加夏橘化瘀胶囊。治疗12周后比较2组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效及血脂水平,并随访3个月内心血管事件发生情况,记录2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组心绞痛总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组总胆固醇(TCHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠状动脉小血管病变患者临床疗效确切,可明显改善心绞痛、中医证候及血脂水平,减少心血管事件的发生率,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of Xiaju Huayu capsule in the treatment of coronary microvascular disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency type.Methods Patients with coronary microvascular disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency type divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment and Xiaju Huayu capsule.After 12 weeks’treatment,angina pectoris,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,blood lipids and adverse reactions of two groups were detected.Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in treatment group(90.0%)was superior to that in the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group(92.5%)was superior to that in the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).CHO,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were better compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiovascular events of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events showed no difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaju Huayu capsule have exact effects in the treatment of coronary microvascular disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency type has a definite clinical effect,can significantly improve angina pectoris,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and blood lipid levels,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,and no obvious adverse reactions.
