穴位贴敷疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究与分析穴位贴敷疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年7月收治的90例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。2组均给予常规降糖治疗,对照组给予口服麻仁软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位敷贴疗法治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、血糖指标、便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)以及便秘患者生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后主要症状积分与对照组治疗后相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标与对照组治疗后相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PAC-SYM及PAC-QOL评分与对照组治疗后相比均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间,血尿常规、肝肾功能以及心电图等指标均正常,无异常表现或者严重的不良事件。结论常规治疗的方法加用穴位贴敷疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫可取得较突出的临床疗效,改善主要症状积分,调节血糖指标,同时还可改善便秘症状。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 90 diabetic gastroparesis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy.The control group was treated with oral Maren soft capsules,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,main symptom scores before and after treatment,blood glucose indicators,and constipation symptoms self-rating scale(PAC-SYM)and constipation patient quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher clinical total effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of major symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the hematuria routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other indicators were normal in the two groups,and there were no abnormal manifestations or serious adverse events.Conclusion Adding acupoint application therapy to the conventional treatment method to treat diabetic gastroparesis can achieve a more prominent clinical effect,improve the main symptom score,adjust the blood glucose index,and also improve the symptoms of constipation.
