摘　　要：外科患者的治疗是一个多学科共同参与的过程,近年来,随着外科药学概念的提出及外科药师岗位的设立,药师越来越多地参与到外科患者的治疗当中,包括参与抗肿瘤、抗感染、止血与抗栓、血压及血糖的管理、营养及疼痛管理等工作,为外科患者的诊疗提供多方位的支持。麻醉操作过程中常涉及多种药物联合使用,且患者可能同时患有多种基础疾病或并发症,使麻醉过程的用药决策变得越发复杂。本文旨在建立麻醉外科药学学科体系,充分发挥多学科的专业技能,进行患者用药管理,通过建立从术前用药重整、术前药学访视、协同制定麻醉方案、到术后加速康复的全程化外科药学服务体系,以提高麻醉过程的安全性,减少术后不良反应的发生风险。The treatment of surgical patients is a multi-disciplinary process.In recent years,with the proposal of Surgical pharmacy and Surgical pharmacist,pharmacists are getting involved in the treatment of surgical patients moreoften,particularly in anti-tumor,anti-infection,hemostasis and antithrombus,nutrition,and pain management.Anesthesia is a complex process which includes the use of a variety of drugs and is usually accompanied by a variety of complications,which requires not only the participation of anesthesiologists,but also the assistance of pharmacists.This paper aims to establish a new discipline,Anesthetic Surgical Pharmacy,which can give full play to the professional knowledge of pharmacists on medication during anesthesia.Anesthetic Surgical Pharmacy aims at improving the safety of anesthesia and reducing the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and will focus on the preoperative medication reorganization,pre-operative pharmaceutical visit,developing anesthesia scheme and accelerated postoperative rehabilitation.
