摘  要:研究了不同比例石油沥青和中温煤沥青在一定的温度和压力下共炭化对改性沥青性能的影响。利用元素分析仪、红外光谱仪、黏度仪和热失重仪进行分析表征,研究了共炭化工艺参数对改性沥青的理化性质和热性能的影响。结果表明,10%石油沥青添加量的改性沥青性能最优,结焦值达到51.93%。结合红外和热失重分析可得,改性沥青具有较好的热反应性,且改性后沥青的缩合度提高,综合性能得到改善。通过黏度分析,发现添加10%石油沥青的改性沥青有较好的流动性且对温度的敏感度最小,可以作为黏结剂沥青用于制备炭石墨材料。The effects of cocarbonization prepared by petroleum pitch and medium-temperature coal tar pitch with different proportions on the performance of modified asphalt are studied.The physical and chemical properties and thermodynamic behavior of modified asphalt are characterized by elemental analyzer,FT-IR spectrometry,viscometer and thermogravimetry analyzer.Results indicate that the modified asphalt with 10%petroleum pitch has the best performance and the coking value reaches to 51.93%.Combined with FT-IR spectrometry and thermogravimetric analysis,it can be concluded that the modified asphalt has good thermal reactivity.The condensation degree and comprehensive performance of the modified asphalt are improved.Through viscosimeter analysis,it is found that the modified asphalt with 10%petroleum pitch has better rheological property and minimum sensitivity to temperature,which can be used as binder asphalt to prepare carbon graphite materials.
