摘 要:尽管各种高质量比电容的超级电容器电极材料的研发已经取得了显著发展,但其低的负载量、较差的面积容量仍然阻碍了其实际应用。本研究基于煤焦油沥青制备了煤沥青基球形活性炭,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N_(2)物理吸脱附仪等手段对球形活性炭形貌和孔道结构进行了表征,并将活性炭组装成纽扣式对称性超级电容器,进行了恒流充放电、循环伏安特性和交流阻抗等电化学性能测试。结果表明,得益于介孔与微孔并存的独特孔道结构,球形活性炭在14.5 mg/cm^(2)的高负载量下,电流密度为1.45 mA/cm^(2)时,具有2.2 F/cm^(2)的面积比容量;电流密度为72.5 mA/cm^(2)时,具有1.9 F/cm^(2)面积比容量,展现出了极佳的倍率性能,在14.5 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下循环10000圈后容量几乎没有衰减。Although the development of electrode materials having high gravimetric specific capacitance takes remarkable progress,the low mass loading and poor areal capacity still impede their practical applications as electrodes of supercapacitors.In this paper,coal tar pitch based spherical activated carbon materials are fabricated from a coal tar pitch.Their surface morphologies and pore parameters are analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and N_(2)physical adsorption-desorption instrument.Symmetric capacitor coin type cells are assembled using two spherical activated carbon electrodes,and their electrochemical performances of supercapacitors are characterized by galvanostatic charge-discharge,cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Benefited from the unique mesoporous and microporous structures,the obtained coal-tar-pitch-SAC materials manifest the high area capacities of 2.2 F/cm^(2)at 1.45 mA/cm^(2)and 1.9 F/cm^(2)at 72.5 mA/cm^(2)with the mass loading of 14.5 mg/cm^(2).Remarkably,the sample also has outstanding cycling stability after 10000 cycles at 14.5 mA/cm^(2).
