摘  要:在金属矿山崩落法开采中,塌陷坑内崩落矿岩散体对围岩的支撑以及对周边岩体应力状态及移动具有不可忽视的影响。结合程潮铁矿-500 m以下深部开采现状,采用相似模拟和PFC数值模拟相结合的方法,选取典型剖面针对开采不同水平矿体时塌陷坑内上覆散体变化对下盘围岩稳定性影响开展研究。研究结果表明:(1)塌陷坑内上覆散体变化对下盘围岩带来的持续影响主要是围岩水平方向移动与变形;(2)围岩水平应力受散体变化影响呈整体减小的趋势,这一变化趋势在近地表区域更明显;(3)至-587.5 m水平开采结束,下盘围岩竖直方向变形表现出明显的增长趋势,在后续开采阶段趋于平稳,至开采结束,新副井区域地表倾斜值达到0.019 mm/m,超出临界影响标准值。研究结果揭示了塌陷坑内上覆崩落岩体变化对矿体下盘围岩移动规律的影响,为程潮铁矿地表重要构建筑物的安全维护及下一步采矿制定相应措施提供了参考依据。In the caving mining of metal mines,the loose body of caving ore and rock in the collapse pit has an important influence on the support of surrounding rock,as well as the stress state and movement of surrounding rock mass.Combined with the current situation of deep mining below-500 m in Chengchao Iron Mine,typical sections were selected to study the influence of the change of overlying loose body in the collapse pit at different mining levels on the stability of footwall surrounding rock by similarity simulation and PFC numerical simulation.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the continuous influence of the change of overlying loose body in the collapse pit on the footwall surrounding rock is mainly the horizontal movement and deformation of surrounding rock.Secondly,the horizontal stress of surrounding rock decreases as a whole under the influence of loose body change,which is more obvious in the near surface area.Thirdly,by the end of mining at-587.5 m level,the vertical deformation of footwall surrounding rock shows an obvious growth trend,and tends to be stable in the subsequent mining stage.By the end of mining,the surface inclination value of the new auxiliary shaft area reaches 0.019 mm/m,exceeding the critical impact standard value.The research results reveal the influence of the change of overlying caving rock mass in the collapse pit on the movement law of the footwall surrounding rock of the ore body,which provide a reference for the safety maintenance of important surface structures and buildings as well as the formulation of corresponding measures for the next mining in Chengchao Iron Mine.
