摘 要:考虑煤岩材料的非均匀特性对特大采高工作面矿压显现规律的影响,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法,研究神东矿区某8m特大采高工作面周期来压规律。提出煤岩微结构密度参数,理论推导工作面非均质顶板周期垮落步距计算公式;建立非均质煤岩体工作面推进数值计算模型,结合现场实测结果验证理论模型和数值计算结果的合理性。结果表明:考虑煤岩材料非均匀特性,周期垮落步距随煤岩微结构密度参数增大呈近似线性减小;周期来压过程,8 m采高工作面垮落步距约为15 m,与现场矿压监测结果较为吻合。研究成果对于掌握神东矿区8 m特大采高综采工作面周期来压规律和保障特大采高综采工作面的安全开采具有重要参考意义。Considering the influence of heterogeneity of coal and rock material on the behavior law of mining pressure in the working face with super-large mining height,periodic pressure law at a working face with 8 m super-large mining height in Shendong mining area was studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The microstructure density parameter of coal rock was proposed,and the calculation formula for the periodic caving step distance of heterogeneous roof at the working face was deduced.The numerical calculation model of heterogeneous coal and rock working face was established.Combined with the field measured results,the rationality of the theoretical model and numerical calculation results were verified.The results show that considering heterogeneity of coal and rock material,the periodic caving step distance decreases linearly with the increase of the rock microstructure density.In the process of periodic pressure,the caving step distance of the working face with 8 m height is 15 m,which is consistent with the mine pressure monitoring results.This study has an important reference significance for grasping the periodic pressure law of the fully mechanized mining face with 8 m super-large mining height in Shendong mining area and ensuring the safe mining of the fully mechanized mining face.
