摘  要:针对露天矿开采计划编制存在的计算过程复杂、操作繁琐和实时性不高,从而导致配矿品质波动难以控制、开采量不合理、剥采比失衡等问题,提出了一种露天开采环状推进采剥计划自动编制方法。结合矿山开采现状,通过设置环状推进采剥开采计划目标、指定推进起始点位置,建立环状推进采剥模式下的开采计划自动编制数学模型,通过解算模型得到最优计划编制结果。该方法满足环状推进采剥模式下露天矿开采计划自动编制要求,实现在时间、空间、工艺约束下环状推进采剥计划的有序展开。计划编制结果同时满足矿石品质波动、采矿量和剥采比控制要求,保障了露天矿持续均衡生产和高效经济运营。Aiming at the problems of complex calculation process,cumbersome operation and poor real-time performance in the planning of open-pit mining,which lead to the difficulty in controlling the quality of ore blending,unreasonable mining volume and unbalanced stripping ratio,an automatic planning method for ring advancing minging and stripping in open-pit mining was proposed.Combined with the current situation of mining,the mathematical model of automatic mining planning under annular ring advancing mining and stripping mode was established by setting the planning target of ring advancing mining and stripping,as well as specifying the starting point position of advancing.The optimal planning results are obtained by solving the model.This method can meet the requirements of automatic planning of open-pit mining under the ring advancing mining and stripping mode,and realized the orderly development of ring advancing plan under the constraints of time,space and process.The plan results not only meet the requirements of ore quality fluctuation,mining volume and stripping ratio control,but also ensure the continuous and balanced production and efficient economic operation of open-pit mine.
