摘  要:为进一步提高矿井提升系统的运输效率和可靠性,结合矿井相关设计流程和《煤炭安全规程》的相关规定,完成了矿井主井提升系统中提升容器、钢丝绳和提升机等关键部件的选型设计。基于ADAMS软件,对提升机钢丝绳在提升阶段箕斗侧和平衡锤侧钢丝绳的张力变化进行仿真分析。结果表明,设计的提升机性能较高,可满足其动态特性要求。In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and reliability of mine hoisting system,the selection design of key components of mine main shaft hoist,including hoisting vessel,wire rope and hoist,was completed by combining the relevant design process of mine and the relevant regulations of Coal Safety Regulations.Based on ADAMS software,the tension changes of the hoist wire rope on the skip side and balance hammer side during the hoisting stage are simulated and analyzed to verify the performance of the designed hoist and meet its dynamic characteristics.
