摘  要:以ZY6400/21/45型液压支架掩护梁为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件构建掩护梁的静力学有限元模型,分析后发现,掩护梁存在明显的应力集中现象,最大应力达到了451 MPa。在此基础上,设计三种优化改进方案,再次利用ABAQUS软件对不同方案的受力情况进行分析,发现第三种方案的效果最好,其结构最大应力值降低到了398 MPa。此次改造在实践测试中取得较好的效果,显著降低了设备运行故障率。Taking the ZY6400/21/45 type hydraulic support shield beam as the research object,on the basis of a brief analysis of the overall structure of the hydraulic support,the ABAQUS software was used to construct a static finite element model of the shield beam.After the analysis,it was found that the structure had obvious stress concentration,and the maximum stress reached 451MPa.Three optimized and improved schemes were designed,and the ABAQUS software was used to analyze the stress conditions of the different schemes.It was found that the effect of the third scheme was the best,and the maximum stress value was reduced to 398MPa.Based on the optimization and improvement plan,the shield beam was technically transformed,and the practical test found that it achieved good results,and significantly reduced the failure rate of equipment operation.
