摘  要:为解决传统掘进机截割部液压控制系统仅对传动系统进行控制,无法根据岩层负载变化情况对截割部进行实时控制的问题,在对悬臂式掘进机截割部液压系统现状问题进行分析的基础上,提出针对性的改进措施并完成关键元器件的选型设计。基于AMESim对传统液压控制系统和模糊PID控制算法的改进后截割部液压控制系统的性能进行仿真分析,得出改进后液压控制系统具有响应快、超调量小以及稳态时间快的优势。In order to solve the problem that the traditional hydraulic control system of cut-off section of roadheader only controls the transmission system and cannot control the cut-off section in real time according to the change of rock load,based on the analysis of the current situation of hydraulic system of cut-off section of cantilever roadheader,we proposed targeted improvement measures and completed the selection and design of key components;finally,based on AMESim,we simulated and analyzed the performance of the improved hydraulic control system of cut-off section with traditional hydraulic control system and fuzzy PID control algorithm,and concluded that the improved hydraulic control system has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot and fast steady state time.
