摘 要:为增加采煤机截割滚筒对煤层截割生产时整机运行的稳定性,提高截割效率,在对采煤机截割部滚筒设计理论研究的基础下,基于Pro/E三维软件建立了滚筒的三维模型,并参照实际工况建立滚筒与煤层的耦合模型;基于EDEM软件结合截割滚筒参数对滚筒截割性能的影响进行仿真分析,为后续采煤机截割部滚筒参数的优化提供理论指导。In order to increase the stability of the whole machine operation and improve the cutting efficiency of the coal mining machine cutting drum,based on the theoretical study on the design of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine,a three-dimensional model of the drum was established based on Pro/E three-dimensional software,and the coupling model of the drum and the coal seam was established with reference to the actual working conditions;simulation analysis of the influence of the cutting drum parameters on the cutting performance of the drum was carried out based on EDEM software to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the subsequent cutting drum parameters of the coal mining machine.
