摘  要:当前电机防爆防护装置的安全性还不能满足煤炭工业发展的需要,其问题主要表现在电机电流大,容易受到地下干扰的影响,导致电火花爆炸。基于此,从本质安全电路设计的基本原理出发,提出了一种利用相关功能消除干扰的本质安全的电机防爆解决方案。该方案以TI公司生产的16位MSP430F149单片机为核心装置,可对电流、电压信号进行分析和处理,具有自动检测泄漏、过载、短路、过欠电压、相等电网故障和跳闸报警等功能,可满足煤矿用防爆电机的工作需要。The safety of the current motor explosion-proof protection device cannot meet the needs of the development of the coal industry.The problems are mainly manifested in the high motor current,which is easily affected by underground interference and leads to spark explosion.Starting from the basic principle of intrinsically safe circuit design,an intrinsically safe motor explosion-proof solution using relevant functions to eliminate interference is proposed.The solution is based on the 16-bit MSP430F149 microcontroller from TI as the core device,which can analyze and process the current and voltage signals and has the functions of automatic detection of leakage,overload,short circuit,over-undervoltage,equal grid fault and tripping alarm,which can meet the working needs of explosion-proof motors for coal mines.
