摘 要:针对煤矿井下大倾角综放工作面巷道结构复杂、气流多变,导致通风降尘系统应用效果不佳、综放工作面粉尘浓度大,严重影响综放工作面综采作业和员工身体健康的问题,采用Fluent流体仿真分析软件建立了大倾角综放面的仿真分析模型,对不同通风方式和气流速度对大倾角综放面降尘效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在大倾角综放面处采用下通风方式对粉尘的沉降效果最佳,通风系统在工作时的最佳风速为3 m/s,对优化大倾角综放工作面的通风降尘系统具有极大的指导意义。In view of the complex structure and variable airflow of the tunnel of the large inclined face of the coal mine,which leads to the poor application of the ventilation and dust reduction system and the high dust concentration at the face,and seriously affects the comprehensive mining operation and the health of the employees at the face,a simulation analysis model of the large inclined face was established using Fluent fluid simulation analysis software,and the effects of different ventilation methods and airflow speed on the dust reduction effect of the large inclined face were studied.The effect of different ventilation methods and airflow speed on the dust reduction effect of large inclination header was studied.The results show that the best effect on dust deposition is achieved by using downward ventilation at the large inclined heaving face,and the best air speed of the ventilation system is 3 m/s,which is of great significance for optimizing the ventilation and dust reduction system at the large inclined heaving face.
