摘 要:以某煤业公司23105工作面为研究对象,针对其所采用的传统液压支架存在安装回撤耗时耗力等问题,进行了单通道单翼回撤工艺在该工作面液压支架安全回撤中应用可行性的分析探讨。结果表明,单通道单翼回撤工艺拓宽了机械安全回撤空间,提升了作业效率,减少了人工,取得了显著应用成效。Taking the 23105 working face of a coal company as the research object,the feasibility of the application of single-channel single-wing retraction process in the safe retraction of hydraulic brackets at the working face was analyzed and discussed in view of the time-consuming and labor-intensive problems of the installation and retraction of the traditional hydraulic brackets adopted by it.The results show that the single-channel single-wing retraction process widens the space for safe mechanical retraction,improves operational efficiency,reduces labor,and achieves significant application results.
