摘  要:针对岳城煤矿提升机天轮维护工效低、危险系数大,影响矿井运输衔接等现状,研发了多绳摩擦式提升机天轮智能监测系统,对其硬件、软件进行了深化设计,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:该系统运行状况良好,监测性能稳定可靠,润滑维护便捷,故障报警及时准确,有效提升了运输系统可靠性。Aiming at the current situation of low maintenance effi ciency and high risk factor of the hoist overhead wheel of Yue cheng coal mine,the intelligent monitoring system of multi-rope friction hoist overhead wheel was developed,and its hardware and software were deepened and designed,and field tests were conducted,and the test results showed that the system operates well,the monitoring performance is stable and reliable,the lubrication maintenance is convenient,and the fault alarm is timely and accurate,which effectively improves the reliability of the transportation system.
