常村煤矿污水处理站生化处理系统改造与应用研究

摘　　要：针对常村煤矿污水处理站生化处理系统处理能力差、设备故障率高的问题,开展了生化处理系统改造设计工作。将原来污水接触氧化工艺改进为A_(2)/O-MBR工艺之后,设备运行稳定可靠,满足污水处理连续进行的要求。取样检测污水处理工艺出口水质,结果表明,各个指标实测数据满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准要求,该污水处理工艺具有很好的应用前景。Aiming at the problems of poor treatment capacity and high equipment failure rate of biochemical treatment system in Changcun Coal Mine Sewage Treatment Station,the transformation and design work of biochemical treatment system was carried out.After the original wastewater contact oxidation process is improved to A_(2)/O-MBR process,the standby operation is stable and reliable,which can meet the requirements of continuous sewage treatment.The results show that the measured data of each index meet the requirements of Grade A standard of"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant"(GB18918-2002),and the wastewater treatment process has A good application prospect.
